What is the nearest airport?

The airport of Paris Orly located at 22 kilometers from our establishment, is the closest.

Does the hotel have access and rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, we have rooms for disabled people, they have a bathroom equipped for people with reduced mobility, a shower with a grab bar and a stool (on request), a suspended toilet and a sink facilitating the use of a wheelchair.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

Yes, the hotel has four elevators.

Is it possible to check in early?

Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request and availability for an additional fee.

From what time is the room available on the day of arrival and at what time must it be vacated on the day of departure?

Rooms are available from 3:00 pm and must be vacated by 12:00 pm on the day of check-out.

I forgot my toothbrush: what can I do?

We have at our disposal all the necessary material at the hotel reception: toothbrush, toothpaste, sewing kit, comb, nail file, slippers, shower cap, feminine kit...

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed but a fee of 10 € per day per pet is required.

Yes, all our rooms are air-conditioned.

Do you have a baby bed and other accessories available?

Yes, cots are available upon request at the time of booking.

Can I plug in my electrical appliances in the hotel?

The establishment is equipped with European plugs, nevertheless and according to availability, electric adapters are available at the reception for our international customers.

Is internet access available in all rooms?

The Wi-Fi connection is free in the rooms, an access code will be given to you upon arrival.

How many rooms does the hotel have?

Our hotel has 144 rooms with 4 different categories standard, family, executive and suites.

Catering
I am allergic to certain foods, what can you offer me?

We have some gluten-free products for your breakfast, such as sandwich bread, madeleines and cereals, soy milk is also available on request. 

Do you offer breakfast on the go?

Yes, we offer an express breakfast at the bar for 8.00 € .

Do you have children's menus?

We do not have children's menus, however they are welcome in our restaurant and an alternative dish can be proposed to them.

What are the bar hours?

Two bars are available at L'Ermitage by Best Western. The restaurant bar is open every day from 6:30 am to midnight. The bar at the hotel reception is open 24 hours a day, but the sale of alcohol after midnight is not permitted.

What are the restaurant hours?

The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 22:30, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday lunch.

What are the breakfast hours?

Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 10:00 am, and on weekends from 6:30 am to 10:30 am.

Can I make photocopies?

It is possible to make photocopies at the reception desk (24 hours a day). Black and white photocopies are free of charge up to 10 pages, beyond that the page is 40 cents. Color photocopies are 50 cents per page.

I need an alarm clock, how do I do it?

By contacting the reception (dial 9 on the room phone).

Need a hairdresser?

We work with a hairdresser who can come to you as needed. Do not hesitate to contact the reception !

Does the hotel have a laundry service?

This service is available from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). All you have to do is drop off your laundry before 9am at the reception desk in the bag provided for this purpose and fill in the laundry form (with name and surname) which can be found in the cupboard in each room.

Does the hotel offer parking?

The hotel has a parking lot accessible 24 hours a day, its rate is 8.00 € per day.

What sports facilities are available in the hotel?

The hotel has a fitness room open from 7am to 11pm daily. It is equipped with an elliptical, a treadmill, a rowing machine as well as muscle strengthening equipment. Our fitness room is at your disposal for your training!
