A news which prefigures a hot summer 2024 in Yvelines since the department will not shelter less than four Olympic sites!
-The CASTLE OF VERSAILLES will host the Equestrian Games: Location: Versailles (78), distance from the Olympic village: 33 kilometers, capacity: 20,000 seats + 80,000 standing
-The NATIONAL VELODROME will host track cycling, modern pentathlon, BMX: Location: Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (78), distance from the Olympic village: 37 kilometers, capacity: 5000 places
-NATIONAL GOLF will host the Golf: Location: Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (78), distance from the Olympic village: 37 kilometers, capacity: 5000 seats + 30000 standing,
-The ELANCOURT HILL will host the mountain bike event : Location: Elancourt (78), distance from the Olympic village: 41 kilometers, capacity: 2000 seats + 20000 standing
To know : Versailles is going all out with facilities within the castle itself! At the Royal Star, a circular esplanade located at the western end of the Grand Canal, where the equestrian events (dressage and show jumping) will be held, as well as the modern pentathlon stadium,
